My diet goals are coming together nicely. Where I’m not there yet is with my move/exercising.
How do I conquer pain and low energy and start to move?
- just a little is better than nothing. Move a little every day. Doesn’t matter what you’re doing, it only matters that you’re doing it. - chronic pain is part of your reality. Conquer it. Don’t let it conquer you. It’s going to hurt anyway, it’s better if it hurts while I’m happy. - seek da endorphins mon. You’ve been there in the past. You remember how amazing it feels. That’s motivation. - exercising improves sex drive. You love sex. That’s motivation.
Behavioral cues to exercising: - boredom. When bored, turn the music ON, put the phone DOWN and you’ll be wanting to move in no time.
