Overnight oats are becoming a thing while I’m trying the 16:8 fasting thing. Food wise it’s pretty easy, the unexpected thing is caffeine withdrawal headache … it cuts right back on my coffee habit because I like it with milk, so my usual early morning cup or 3 have been replaced with cinnamon tea. Oh well, probably good for me in the long run 🙂
