despite a total of 7 days (from the last 21) blowing my daily kai cal intake (mostly due to birthday or other whanau celebrations, ie: drinking beersies), my exercise regime and close monitoring has kept me on track with my weight loss goals. Yay. Kia kaha koutou katoa!
97.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
