- oat meal 70gr dihaluskan pake blender
- cinnamon bubuk secukupnya
- coklat bubuk secukupnya (aku pake 2sdm)
- susu low fat secukupnya sampe adonan mengental karena aku gapake telor, telornya abis mager beli 🤣
- minyak 2sdm
- brown sugar 3sdm
- taburannya pake granolla
Kalo mau liat resep aslinya aku liat di youtube elaine hanafi, kalorinya gak terlalu besar dan gak bikin guilty juga pas makannya ✨
