Back on track!! That took SO much hard work this week! Anything is possible to everyone out there...
Even when you feel like you're working so hard. but it seems you're getting nowhere.
One thing I've learnt through losing 47kgs 8s LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!
79.5 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Over a period of 24 months, I have lost 47kgs. However I only joined FS this year.... I so wish I had joined back when I started this journey!!
