Was seriously craving McDonald's sausage biscuit this morning. Then I realized that it was already 11:30 am so I wouldn't be able to get one anyway. Those mental cravings are killing me. Even as I type right now I am thinking of the delicious taste the mantra skinny feels better than the biscuit tastes just isn't even working for me. All I can think about is the way the biscuit feels in my mouth...
So tomorrow I will wake up with this craving again and my plan is to just exercise and power through. I know that I can do this. Just stick with it.
