I drink a Bang with creatine, before each workout. 3 to 5 times each week.

Is that only for building muscle?
|
@p$m the main reason people take it is for muscle building. It really helps increase strength during progressive overload resistance training, allowing you to lift heavier weight. The other main benefit people use it for is muscle recovery.
There are quite a few other benefits to taking it, but I probably wouldn’t take it if I wasn’t on a progressive overload resistance training routine and didn’t have the goal to build muscle.
I personally think that anyone who is on a weight loss journey should be on a muscle building journey as well. Muscles are the machinery of weight loss. Resistance training, walking and tracking calories have been the trifecta for me on my way to building a more aesthetic body.

I don't take any supplement as per Dr instructions. That is because I take a large number of prescription medications.
