So doing pretty ok. I am making a huge effort to get exercise every day. we are going up north this weekend to the family cabin. Always full of bad choices. I am going to bring up alot fo my own food from home. Tons of fruit and my fat free hot dogs and light buns for the camp fire. I am not sleeping well at night. I keep waking up after like 4 hours and it takes me forever to fall back to sleep.. like over an hour. :P So yeah. gotta work on that.
