My blood sugar this morning was 97! That's better than its been in a long time. Also in checking for ketosis if FINALLY got into trace! lol. Its taken a month to get that much so I hope it improves. Its hard to get enough fats! Its been a good day.

Blood sugar is excellent. Good for you. Glad to hear that your day went well. Doesn't Greg share his Fat Bombs? I try to eat one a day just to boost my fat percentage.

lol yes I eat one a day but I don't really eat much. My calories are usually 1000 - 1200 and though most are fat, I still have a slightly high percentage of protein. The bulletproof teas are helping too. I am guessing I have to eliminate the atkins shakes. I'm at a loss as to what to do without eliminating everything but fat bombs and bulletproof tea!
