Another full nights sleep last night, 8hrs, not had this long since I was 13! Didn't let the rain put me off today, walked to the gym and had good workout, was sweating buckets 🥵 walked home&went round the marina,love the noises of the harbour on a busy&windy day, lots of new beautiful boats visiting too. Done some shopping then went home. I have email inviting me to join the 'drumming' class tmro...try and stop me...can't wait! Its bongos/djembe &hand drums, I've heard them practising before&was jealous that I couldn't join in...now I can!! Also had call from Pug Rescue, moving up to next stage of application, house visit, fingers crossed it goes well! All good, positive stuff here,,which leads me to...what's happening to woman and girls in Iran...if anyone here needs me, I'm here for you, and for us all I want to say, don't take things for granted, be thankful for the small things, the freedom to sing, dance, wear what we want, love who we want, live how we please, sometimes we forget just how lucky we are...much love all 🙏❤️
