Really doesn't show the real effort as I put on 8lb for blood test .I have lost 9lb since Monday.I know I shouldn't but I am monitoring my weight daily and after the initial big loss (water) I am steadily losing 1/2 lb a day once that stops I will go back to weekly weigh ins as it only depresses me when I don't lose.
