I do need to weigh myself every morning as well (sometimes even before bedtime too) and know that's it's not the best thing to do. But like Chris1979, it helps me keep track of my progress.
However, I would love to be able to live without a scale, or at least forget about it for while. So I try to leave the city on weekends to relax and there is usually no scale where I go. Well, I noticed that it actually helped me maintain or lose weight. I guess I am so afraid of what the scale will say the next Monday that I am even more disciplined with the food I eat :)
