Ran 5 miles in snowy weather yesterday it was a beautiful but slow run.
I was really delighted that I didn’t have the evening snackies last night. Evening eating is a problem for me, I often eat great during the day then overeat unhealthy foods before going to bed. My goal is to avoid evening eating today as well .
