Ok - I need to lose my LAST 5lbs to hit my goal!! Does anyone have suggestions to help me get there - the lowest I have ever gotten is 139lbs. I am going to have to stay strong and not give in to temptation I know!! So hard when you are sooooo close to your goal.
As I say that - I have to explain my ever large calorie intake today - there is this wonderful Authentic Mexican Resturant in town - the flauta's are to die for - so I had some- YUM YUM!!!
