Very bad week, accidental death of nephew in Mi, causing an emergency trip, and all the stress and food that goes with it. not having a full week of weights to avg. with, I only have 3 days so yesterday's actual weight is my report.we'll see if I could possibly maintain it!!
58.2 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
