I was looking back on my fitness journey when I rediscovered this. In August of 2021, I didn’t think I was lean at all. Finding this today makes me realize just how critical of myself I was and how far I’ve come to give myself grace with my body image.

Body dysmorphia is a real thing. I was chasing aesthetics at first like everyone normally does. But now I focus on functional strength and overall health
