what a morning! I fell asleep after logging my weigh this morning and therefore missed my back to back gym sessions...still determined to get this weight off so made an attempt to go the the gym anyways for a workout after 10mins I get a call out from the gym to go to my car - I forgot to put the handbrake up and rolled back into two cars!!! what a morning.....
