Well, in spite of a surprisingly large fluctuation in weight for the last week it seems to have gone down. That it went down on the same day that my muscle injury appears to be almost entirely gone, just a little residual soreness.
The new profile image is me from the archery range. I spent the better part of my weekend shooting with my wife. We had a lot of fun and it turns out she's a natural at it. I'll need a little more work. :)
