I am so excited that I am actually down today.
I drank more than the usual amount of water yesterday but still not enough. It seemed all I did was eat yesterday and I still didn't eat the best or enough calories. I am still trying to figure out what the right amount of fats and proteins should be. I know the carbs should be around 20g per day.
Bad headache already started last night and kept waking me up so took some magnesium which I think helped. The headache is still there but not as severe.
Well the 2-lb loss has given me the incentive to keep on swimming...keep on swimming... :)
