I would call that a win! Once I make my final goal by October, I don't see the need to keep posting, either. FS is a tool to accomplish a goal, and then I'll want to spend that time I used to post journals instead doing fun things with my trim figure 😉. Started dating this month, so I'm getting a head start on things 😄🏆

Congrats on achieving your goal weight! I have had the FS app since 2012. I achieved my goal...multiple times. Every time I decided to totally step away, I eventually gained weight again. I decided the most recent time when I made goal, to continue interacting on FS. I have maintained my loss this time & in fact have lost a few more lbs. I use the app to track macros now & share my fitness journey. I hope you are able to maintain your loss, but hanging around, posting occasionally may be a good tool to insure it.

No matter what. You have done a great job. So whatever you do don’t quit logging your food!! That’s the ticket to keeping it off. I keep my carbs under 100 and my calories under a 1000 and drop down to half of that at least 2 to 3 times per week. And I lost 60 pounds and did not even exercise. Now I feel great about going to the gym (planet fitness) and work on the machines at least 2 to 3 times a week. Maintaining is hard but you got this!!
