The movie was GREAT! My daughter, who did not want to see it at all, cried about eight times during the movie and said it was a great movie but that if I told anybody she said so, she would deny it. I highly recommend "Jesus Revolution" to anyone who wants to see a good movie!
As to the popcorn: a small was $8.99, a medium was $9.49 and a large was $9.99. I ended up getting the large after all, and shared it with my daughter. We threw away more than half of the tub. I would guess that what I ate was about equal to the small one, so I kinda kept that goal. I did eat something that I had not planned, though. My daughter brought me a pack of Pumpkin Seeds (which I used to eat every day, but haven't had in a couple years). I ate about half of the small bag of them at the movie.
Weight still the same this morning, after a LOT of salt yesterday, so I'm pleased with that.
Yesterday, I bagged up about 13 full bags of stuff to go to the dump from my old office. I've got the room more than half cleaned out now. There's a chance I might finish it today.
Things have been very weird with me! Four days ago, I got up at 2:30. Two days ago it was also 2:30. Yesterday it was 1:30 and this morning it was 1:45. I used to sleep until about four or 5pm (11-12 hours of sleep a night). That was when I was drinking more water (8-16 cups a day), and I would have to get up every 1-1/2 to 2 hours during the night to pee. Lately, I've only been getting up ONCE, and one night, I actually slept 9 hours without having to go to the bathroom. Even though I've gotten up at way crazy hours, I go to bed at 5pm, so I've gotten at least 8 hours of sleep a night.
Having motivation and productivity is so foreign to me! Basically, we're doing major "spring cleaning" here, with the goal of cleaning out three "junk rooms" in our house, AND helping to pick up pinecones and then pine tags from the church property. Even though I'm still "only" walking 2-1/2 miles a day, maybe all the increased activity (and reduced sleep) will yield a side benefit of losing weight. I really want to give God the glory for this increased burst of energy. It is something that I cannot muster on my own.
I will write more about my daughter, and the MIRACLE it was for her to go to the movie and be moved by it in the "Christian Community" group, if you want to check it out. I should be doing that in an hour or two.
Hope everyone's week is off to a good start!
