To ALL my BUDDIES and pottential new ones....forgive me for my absense...life has been very hectic for me lately hence the appalling weight gain. I have had a look on FS from time to time to check up on everything but i have missed out on alot, things are settling down a bit but im not completely into a normal routine yet - but if I wait for that time things will never change So as I have said many a time before I am here for the commitment, I say it so mny times partly as a reaffirmation to myself but its really important to follow through on this. Hopefully I will be catching up with u all in the near future you cn tell me some of ur positive stories ;) but for now I here to let you know that Im back and here to stay!
P.S. - my little update ....I went to the gym yesterday for the first time in about a year! YAY ME! It wasnt so bad...went after work - out goes the excuse of not having enough time in the day
