I don't normally weigh in this early but I wanted to give myself a powerful motivator SO I keep trusting my path. I know I can trust the Lord. It is me that I have to check on- lol. So this helps me today- to see a 5.8 loss makes me feel excited and also kudos for my efforts not to fall back on old habits. Amen, thank you God.
