Going to start my LCD tomorrow. I was on vacation and drinking whatever I want. I recently got diagnosed with some gastrointestinal issues. Stopped drinking and going to work on losing weight. After seeing pictures of myself on vacation and mostly focusing in on the roll around my waist I need to do something.
