I had a really nice day. I got the kids off to school and met up with my pal at the gym. We had a nice chat and the cardio time just flew by. I also had my leg day of weight training. I had changed up some of the weights from last time and I could certainly feel it! After picking up some fruits and veggies at the store, I came home and worked on organizing my garage, lifting and moving boxes for an hour of so.
I did much better on eating my fruits and vegetables today. I don't know why it doesn't stick, but I do feel better when I eat more plants. Today was Meatless Monday and I found some homemade mushroom ravioli in the freezer. I sauteed up some green beans to go along with it. Yum.
No cookies today! :)
