Seem to be holding steady around the twelve stone mark. The pedometer that I use on my phone racks up just over 9000 steps each day in the cafe....equating to about five miles.
Have the thought about doing some gym stuff but I find it all a bit boring. Have thought about cutting out the wine as well...but hey, we're not here forever and you've got to get some kind of enjoyment. I know they say you don't need it but...........
