Good morning. Last couple of weeks have been up and down for me with my weight, but I think that my body has leveled back out. I wanted to wait until I could say that I was successful, but I quit smoking two weeks ago!!!!!!! I only needed two nicotine lozenges on the first two days. Other than that….bad habit kicked!!! Another step to a healthier lifestyle. Thank you everyone for your support and encouragement.
