Yesterday was my first higher carb day of my carb cycling. So of course on my carb up day that my training course wasn't some hardcore workout. Also I had to skip sparring because I promised my friend I would go to her Jewish bonfire right after class. I have to say it was a pretty awesome experience. I kept my carbs no higher than 130g and my fat semi low...if I didn't eat the two hot dogs at the bonfire I would of kept the fat around 50g. Yet with the high carb and low fat...along with only a light exercise I still managed to only eat around 1800 cal and burned a total of 2208 yesterday, I am still at a deficient. I plan to do a hard core sprint workout tonight...today is low carb day so I am going to enjoy a LOT seafood and butter this evening... YUM
