batido de proteina tiene, cup de proteina, avena, amaranto, cacahuate, leche de coco, agua y platano. omelette de 3 huevos con requeson, arandanos, almendras y 2 tortillas de maiz y un cupcake de cocoa, huevo y avena.
Gran dosis de proteinas, saludos.
