Been eating lots of fish lately! Started a new lifting program last night instead of the push pull legs plan I put together. This one is full body 3 times a week and I'm planning on doing cardio on the off days maybe some running some biking or just some walking. The first 3 week phase is heavy weight most sets are only 4 reps then the next phase is 8 to 12 reps and the last 15 to 20. The workout felt really good, I already incorporate all but 1 of the exercises into my previous normal routine so nothing earth shattering exercise wise. Scale doesn't want to move too much but it hasn't gone up at all yet either. I upped my step count and I know I'm in a deficit so I'm not worried not looking to go on a starvation diet I like food too much.

I have been thinking of doing a routine like that but I haven’t broken through any plateaus I am on right now, so I want to wait till make more progression. I am going to be following up to see how you like it. Doing this especially for the cut?

Full body 3x week is a decent plan. I thought about it but I already hate hitting legs 2x a week. I might have to do it for the cut because I'm having trouble getting any cardio in now that I switched to weights.

Daddy Manatee I'm doing MAPS anabolic it's a program designed by my favorite podcast / YouTube channel Mind Pump. They are pretty much the opposite of every influencer out there and everything is science and experienced based and they offer so much free quality information. They post like 6 videos a day on YouTube and I probably watch every one of them. You should definitely check them out They have multiple different channels. The program I'm doing now they actually have the whole first phase posted on YouTube so you can see exactly what I'll be doing the first 3 weeks. I bought their RGB bundle for 50 percent off so I have 9 months of programming now.

Very nice. I read the book stronger leaner (can’t remember the rest of the title) and watched a few videos on YouTube then dove in to lifting. I may have to look into this program and expand my ideas.

Daddy Manatee my favorite channel on youtube of theirs is mind pump clips. it's mostly live callers that have questions for them and the video thumbnails tell you what each episode is going to be about. I just play them all day while I'm driving around for work 😄 learned a lot and they are pretty funny guys too
