Another small drop. That makes it 0.4 lbs for the week. Any drop is a good one.
I ran my intervals last night. 2 lap warm-up easy jog, 1/2 lap hard, 1/2 lap easy for 8 laps and 2 laps cool down walking. It was rather warm, in the low 80's so I was really sweating. My drop may simply be water weight from all the sweat but it's still a drop.
Tonight is the trainer. Should be fun to see what he comes up with.
