I noticed my stomach and legs look slightly thinner. But my weight is the same. I am not letting the scale worry me. I know I have a lot of strong muscle which is good. I am just so glad my tummy is flatter!!!! I decided to try carb cycling. Higher carb on training days like Tuesday, Thursday and one day on the weekend I decide to do a weight training day. On days off I am going to do light exercise and eat low carb higher fat. Yesterday was a training day and I ate almost 90g carbs. I felt really good while training. I didn't feel crazy exhausted like I normally am when I am low carb. So hopefully this can really push my fatloss.
I also burned about 600 cal yesterday training...pretty insane

I fully understand about you looking slimmer. I am wearing khaki slacks that I couldn't were just a few weeks ago. Best of luck with the carb cycling - you never know until you try.

@glen- I agree, sometimes I have to go with how I look and feel. Also how my clothes fit. My pants don't cut in to my sides as much. :)
@BuffyBear- Congrats!! It feels so good to be able to fit into clothes that you couldn't fit in before!!! I am hoping the carb cycling works. I have gotten very active lately and I feel my recent eating and calorie intake just isn't enough to sustain my activity. I do really hope it helps with the fatloss. Wish me luck!
