Shopping day, started out cool changing to cold, now raining. No walking today. Did arm exercises. These are beginning to be a habit on my non-walking days.

Breakfast: egg, butter mocha drink. Lunch: cottage cheese with leftover low carb blueberry cobbler, pecan sandies. Hot tea. Snack: last of the keto peanut butter fudge and more butter mocha coffee. Supper: hamburger veggie stew and cornbread.

Macros: 27/60/13; 1707 calories; -560 net kcals.
