Knapp 5 Wochen. 90% Magerquark und Salat Mahlzeiten, intervall 18/6 800 - 1000 kcal mit Ausnahmen hier und da. 10.000 schritte pro tag. -12kg. Hab eben 1 Nutellabrot gegessen. Morgen geht's weiter :-)
