I joined a website yesterday called sparkpeople.com - it is a site simmilar to this (my fitness pal is the application name for your phones) - however MORE DIFFICULT to use -LOVE how easy FAT SECRETE is to USE, not changing at all - however the one thing it did when I set my goal was answer a burning question - it told me that I should eat between 1210- 1560 calories with that 136-254g carbs, 27-61 grams fat, 60-136 grams protein. Just so glad to have some kind of guidelines / goals to stay between. Been needing an better Idea of how my circle should look
