Day 16 and I feel great. I may have only lost a couple pounds and I don't see any difference yet, but I feel so much better, physically and mentally. This is the first time in a long time that I have been eating healthy and when I have down time I am actually going on walks and hikes and getting out of the house. I am no longer so obsessed with what are we gonna eat? where do you want to go for dinner? I keep myself to a point where I am not starving so I don't have to focus on food all the time. I have completely cut out the foods that I love and would normally eat most importantly bread. I miss it at times but it's not what I sit around and focus on anymore. I just feel really good today. I hope the best for everyone, especially the ones feeling not so great right now, keep on going everyone, this is a healthier life that we have chosen to live...
