Today I started watching my calorie intake much more closely. After my snack at 2:30 i had consumed about 520 calories! That's awesome. I am a little hungry, but nothing to bad. I was surprised at the carb level in grapes. I lve grapes, but I have to get used to the portioning. I did a complete chest workout at lunch and then tonight I am going to go do cardio for about an hour. I feel good today, a little tired, but I also get up early and I am up to late. That will be my next gal. Increase my sleep time so I can recover better.
