So, read out this "Couch to 5K" thingy (http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/couch-to-5k-plan.aspx) in another FS member's journal, and realised that I haven't ran anywhere for any amount of time in about twenty-two years.
So this afternoon I had a bash to see where my drinkin' and smokin' arse has gotten me, and the results do not look good:
