RN isn't that the truth! Good job OTB and one month to cut. I would think that would be so hard bulking and cutting.

Diablo thanks man appreciate it I'm not worried about them now I'm sure they will be gone completely after another month of bulking but it won't take long to get them back. Next year the bulk will be for 5 months Instead of a little over 4 but I really need to get leaner and get my cardio up for the mudder in May.

Redporchlady thanks I re worded my post I still have a month of bulking before I start the cut but I'm thinking it will only take a month and a half to two months the to cut all that fat away wothout going Into a big deficit to do it. And the hardest part of going to the bulk was the mental aspect after just dropping over 50lbs the thought of putting on extra body fat on purpose was hard to accept but it's been a worthwhile endeavor. It's also been great for me mentally since I clearly had some body dismorphia shit going on a few months back... I look at pictures from that time frame and think to myself what was going through my mind that I wasn't satisfied with how I looked then!

Rn16 speaking the truth. Very true, that’s why I’m so impressed by the females that are able to put on muscle. They’re trying that much harder

You are looking great and doing things the right way! I see a lot about how men versus women bulk etc. Still trying to find the answer, I definitely watch and listen to all the bodybuilders( both men and women) to get ideas and tips on building muscle. Problem for women is we distribute and carry weight much differently than men. I'm leaning towards throwing my scale out (🤐) and trying to see where increasing weight load takes me...

Hey Diana, just food for thought - i've been reading your struggles on line with the scale number and i just wanted to say i weighed more when i was in tiptop shape for ironman races than when i am just doing regular workouts... and i certainly would have qualified as fit then even though the scale was pissing me off (and i'm in the same age range as you).
