Less skinny fat, less mad face. More meat for sure 👌

I had to read it. I thought it was before & after/during bulk. You put on a few pounds of lean mass for sure. I can see some abs through the hair. And I'm sure most of your growth is in your legs. Your lifts are better than mine.
FYI, you would look 2% lower bodyfat without body hair and some color. That's why they shave and spray tan before stepping on stage.

Ok, I just did some more comparisons. Your arms and shoulders look bigger. Your chest fat has decreased. And the belly has gone down for sure. You can tell because it looks rounded on the left and your navel is deeper. You can use that as a guage. If your fingertip goes in, that's fine. But if you can stick your whole pinky in...not a good bulk. lol

TheUnhealthyDaddy haha you should have seen how. much of a werewolf I was a few days ago before I trimmed it down. As far as the pinky test it's not even up to the first joint of my pinkey. Remember my skin is still really stretched out so it doesn't take much fat in that area to look like it's significantly more than it really is. I'm super happy with the changes I see it in my traps and lats and even my neck as well as the places you mention when comparing the two pics.

Ohh and the first pic there is no muscle in the chest the second it's nearly all muscle with a little fat over it. Unfortunately my fat goes Straight to the lower chest and lower belly first

don't worry about your abs. if you had them once you'll have them again. it's all part of the process. you'll never get big trying to keep them crispy. you're looking good tho keep it up.

Yep, my lower chest and navel area are last to go. It totally sucks. I hope you did measurements for both pics. That will really show how the composition has changed. Last year my chest to waist was bad. I was 42.5" & 38". I haven't made it up to that weight yet but currently I'm 43.5" & 33.25". My legs are same size but leaner and 6lbs lighter.
I think when you cut, you should have 5lbs of lean muscle added. That's not too bad for this short bulk.

The increase in muscle mass in the shoulders and back is particularly impressive.💪
I think it's a stunning, lean bulk-up success.✨

You look way better and don't worry about abs right now if you're serious about muscle size. Getting lean is the easy part.

Same weight in both pics. Very enlightening. So I can, indeed, be "rearranging" my body fat without losing weight. The proof will be in the mirror. I've been wondering about that.
Good work.

All_Pain_No_Gainz thanks Man appreciate it!! I'm trusting the process and a few of you guys in here after seeing what each of you have been able to do. The cut will be far easier than what it took to get between these pics.
