It has been a pretty good week. I didn't lose but I didn't gain so it's a go!
What I did do was feel better! My energy is up and feeling "well" and motivated.

Got the sutures out and the doc says all is well with my wrist and elbow. I need to research to see if there are some lite exercises to build my hand strength.

My massage was wonderful ... hurt a lot but wonderful. Went to bed early and got up late but felt so much better.

I decided to get a membership to the gym after 2+ yr. covid absence. my main reason was for the pool and the sauna but will take advantage of the treadmills and classes as well.

So, my plan for the next week:

1. Participate in Fatsecret challenge daily
2. Continue eating Mediterranean and Daily Dozen, monitor calories
3. Gym between M-F, pool, sauna, treadmill, ?classes
4. Daily weigh-in
5. Free day Sunday (dinner Mexican shells) spa day ;-)
6. Measurements taken for end of month
7. Continue to take Mediterranean diet class
8. Plan meals, prep food as needed
9. Monitor vitals
10. Get some sun, recumbent bike as able

Forgot to do vitals this morning so can't post those "roll eyes"

I am optimistic for this week !
