I hear you! I am losing about 0.6 pounds a week - I'll never get there it seems! I just refocused myself on exercise and getting all the water I am supposed to have. Now the food is almost a habit, it's easier to track (actually, I have a menu plan that I am following), so off to the next step.
Inspiration: you care - you can do it! One step at a time built the pyramids, the Great Wall of China, the Empire State building! Good luck!
