Yesterday my knee was acting up so i decided to do rest it, ice it, elevate it. You know the whole nine yards and such. Then it started to feel better so i did the p90x Core synergistics(sp?) Anyway it went well and i sweat a lot! I'm assuming this is because i dont have the air conditioning on and in my room its like 90 degrees. However! It was still a good workout. I cant do the chataranga run yet.... thats just bleh ridiculous. But i'll work up to it. Iced it after that and its feeling better today but i'm gonna rest it till i go CLUBBING tonight.
Beach theme um hell yes. Gonna be wearing my new board shorts and a bikini top. Lolz i love clubbing so much. After we club and dance our pants/board shorts/bikini tops off (ok maybe not the tops heh)we're gonna hit a diner for some scrumptious noms. CAN'T wait. Its for my gay boyfriend KEEF!
I made him banana bread cuz he loves bananas. But see i made it a super healthy banana bread so i can eat it without feeling awful :) I also made some awesome curried Butternut Sqaush soup. My family kinda devoured half of it, so that made me happy that they at least enjoy my cooking.
HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE. IMMA GET SLEAZY TONIGHT. Ok... not really not sure if the gf would approve but thats ok haha. Love you guys and hope things are going well.
Oh and exercise today chest and tris for 50 min and dancing for 3 hours. :) Noms are good. EXTREME low carb till i go clubbing though.
