Doing a wee happy dance to be back in the 120's. 💃🏼

I really can't complain, regarding my smoking cessation. True "cravings" are few and far apart. I'm thankful that toothpicks & popsicle sticks help me to get by, especially after a meal or driving in the car. Cold turkey works best for me & my hubby. Nicotine patches make my heart get jumpity so not an option! I still reach for something to 'nibble' on more frequently than I have been over the past year, but I'm trying to stock healthier 'nibbles' and give myself some grace. As long as I can stay ANYWHERE in the 120's (for now), I'm a happy camper 😊

You encourage me to keep going!! 👍🤗

You have to keep going now. You've reached to point of not wanting all the strength, stress and behavior/ withdrawal to be all for nuthin. Quitting an addiction is a huge deal. Awesome job. Woohoo! 👍 👍

Oh my Crystal, I will pray you never see another cigarette again!! The hardest part is the weight gain. My best friend smokes and I don’t ever think she’ll quit, but I love her, she knows better, it’s her call. Both my brothers and SILs smoked. They all gave it up in their late forties except one of my SIL. She really suffered, she got brittle bones, and even broke her back by just sitting down. Finally got tongue cancer. She fought it off for a few years, but she couldn’t eat and it was just horrible. It’s worth the pain of quitting, she’d still be here if she would have accepted gaining a few pounds. Keep it up Crystal!!!❤️👏👏👏 I’ll send you popsicle sticks! 👍
