lah diet kek gitu mah. udah cepet laper, bikin lemes lagi.
ganti pake makanan rendah kalori. plus masaknya di kukus atau di rebus.
perbanyak makan sayur.
biar kenyangnya dapet, sehatnya juga dapet.
