I have a hard time with alcohol, every weekend I drink Fri-Sun then get the sweats by Tuesday. Sweated it out last night. It feels shameful to post. Workouts have been great tho. I'm back to calorie logging at 1200 per day and it's a lot easier as I've done this limit often. Just being realistic that the only person who can change my habits is me. ✨️❤️
63.2 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Because alcohol was not working in my life, I quit drinking (with help) in 1991. It was a great choice.

I want to thank everyone for their comments and show of support, every word you each shared means so much to me. It all stems from my mental health- struggling with big life decisions (kids or not at 34), boredom, minir inconvenience, celebration, any excuse to drink myself to sleep. I had tea last night. Slept great. When you post a statement that's vulnerable you are really asking "hey friends I can do this...right??". I feel the love, support, prayers, and mostly the true wisdom from those who are/have been there. I will keep you updated. Thank you so much 💕❤️✨️

Good Luck. I also had a real problem with wine. Started out with one glass at night to relieve stresses of life and ended up drinking 2 bottles a night. I had to just stop it completely and when I did the weight just dropped off me. Good luck. Pulling for you. You can do it.

You can do it JC! I'm glad you slept well! Try not to put too much pressure on yourself! Baby steps! The important thing is to keep moving forward and not give up hope!
