Very Happy after being on vacation for a week and enjoying food with the rest of the family including deserts. Just watched amounts and did a lot of sharing. I was a little worried on what not working out for the two week period was going to do.
83.7 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
