Ugh, today was a bad day. I did not eat that much. I just wasn't that hungry, I forced myself to eat the salmon. I love Salmon and it was a task. I just feel off today. I am still going to the gym tonight. I will only do cardio. The past two nights I did muscle training. First night was upper body, last night lower body. I think tonight is a good night to just hit the treadmill and elliptical and call it a night.
I tried to do my 30 minute routine this morning but motherhood called instead. He wasn't too interested in doing it again. I think I may look into Zumba, heck I might even get Richard Simmon's Sweating to the Oldies! As long as it keeps him interested and he doesn't feel like I am ignoring him, it will all work out.
