Tumeric Latte. I make 1 batch and devide it into 3 servings for the day.

350ml almond milk (or any milk of your choice) ¼ tsp ground turmeric ¼ tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp ground ginger ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp maple syrup grind of black pepper You can throw all in pot and boil or I just added it to a jug and warmed it to boiling point Whisking now and again

O yes I have been researching foods causing inflammation and all those good for you Including also things like Green veggies, pineapple, citrus, etc. And by reducing inflammation helps me with my pain as well As my body carries loads of oxidative stress causing harm So I'm working on that 🤗
