Okay really trying to get my carbs down. They are not bad but need them lower. I need to motivate myself and I'm not sure how I can do that. Maybe, I should just make a list of items I can eat and a list of items I can't eat. Maybe that is what I need. I shouldn't be hungry and I am. What am I doing wrong?
